"Excellent location close to shops and attractions. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops nearby, so it was very easy to find places to eat or food to bring back to the apartment. The layout was perfect for a family of 6 and the apartment is well equipped. Since we had some rainy weather, having a nice living room space to come back to instead of individual hotel rooms made a lot of sense. The apartment was also quiet. The communication was excellent with the owner and we even got an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Excellent value."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß beim Louvre, außerdem gibt es eine Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte in der selben Straße bzw. der Nebenstraße. Die Wohnung war groß genug für sechs Personen und sehr sauber. Der Check in hat problemlos funktioniert und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super."

"We had a door code to get into the building but were met by a staff member who showed us the apartment and explained most of the operations. The location of this apartment is unbeatable. It is literally steps away from cafes and bistros, an ATM. a supermarket, bakeries, and easy walking distance to major tourist sites. The Louvre and the Ile de Cite are short walks away. The Metro is close too but we did not use it much as walking was easier and more enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and worked well for 4 people. It has an elevator which is a huge plus. The staff have excellent communication and were always helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Paris."

"European appliances are unique. They tend to be more complicated than needed and can be challenging to make work. The clothes washer/dryer was very complicated. There were no written instructions and the buttons were pictures. We tried to do a simple load of laundry and the Child Lock came on, doubtlessly because we pressed the wrong buttons in the wrong order. There were no written instructions on how it operated in the apartment. The inital demonstration was NOT sufficient in understanding the complexity of this machine. After an hour of looking up the manual online and watching YouTube videos on operation, we asked for help. Staff had no idea how to disarm the child lock, but did send someone over the next day to assist. My suggestion is to have a handbook with written instructions on opeating the appliances on hand in the house. It would help if there was an English version. The ability to wash some clothes was a key requirement for a week long stay."
